Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases and annual student memberships. If you're not satisfied with AIVAST for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all AIVAST orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@aivast.com and we'll start the refund for you. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard or via paddle.net — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Renewals are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee from the renewal date.

School and organization licenses purchased via invoice or quote are governed by the terms of the signed agreement. Contact your AIVAST account manager or email schools@aivast.com to discuss any refund or credit request.
